About the Book

A gathering of poems written over the course of a few decades, this selection is primarily about self reflection and finding the spiritual source within. Some poems delve into the beauty of Nature, love and other sources of inspiration.

About the Author

Ocean Lea began writing as a little girl whose mother always asked about her dreams at the breakfast table. She wrote poetry and fiction through college and then at the age of 21 was introduced to Yoga, meditation and spirituality. Inspired by enlightened poets such as Rumi and Kahlil Gibran she went on a spiritual pilgrimage herself in search of illumination. After exploring the world’s religions, myths and mysteries she returned home to her own heart, finding the truth within.
