NATIONAL HOMES FOR HEROES/ SPIRIT HORSE II
About the Book
This book is a self-help support for PTSD, veterans, first responders, and others who’ve experienced dramatic trauma.
About the Author
The author is the Training Equi-therapy Director for National Homes for Heroes/Spirit Horse II. Following a high fever disease and brain injuries that required eight years to learn to walk and talk well enough to hold hot horses for her younger son who was becoming a performance horse trainer, the author moved on and became a trainer and equi-therapy professional. Asked to create a program after Desert Storm for veterans and their families that were Court mandated due to abuse and domestic violence from PTSD, the programs have been community award winning, as well as low cost or free.
