About the Book

“A patient with dementia or Alzheimer’s often feels lost after supper in the evening, with dusk coming on. I, also feel lost and riddled with a strong feeling of still wanting to connect with this man each evening. Similar in effects, I suppose—me, suffering great love for this man, yet loneliness and the dementia patient suffering the pain of living in the past so clearly but totally lost in the present.” With the utmost of thanks to Bunny’s family for allowing me to be such a part of her journey home.

About the Author

I have certainly grown in leaps and bounds since publishing my first book, “Begin Again”, in 2015. Deeply inspired by happenings and picturesque moments around me every day, I love nothing better than to sit and write. It is such a wonderful way of getting my feelings out, even if somewhat exposing myself to the world. What a long way that shy little girl has come; I have a passion for organization and all things administrative, and am also a big time volunteer in whichever community I choose to be part of. This is who I am. Finding it time once before to recharge my batteries, and taking one giant leap into the unknown, here I am again - off on another adventure of a lifetime.
