About the Book
Natalie Bejar’s story is one of complexity, courage, and emotional rebellion. Married shortly after college to Andrew Bejar, a rising political star from a powerful family, Natalie was expected to embody the perfect wife, supportive, polished, and silent. As Andrew’s ambitions grew, Natalie struggled beneath the weight of public expectation, motherhood, and a successful television career, all while suppressing her true self. As the distance between who she was and who she appeared to be widened, Natalie broke the rules and fell in love -not once, but three times. Each relationship marked a turning point: one rekindled her ability to dream, another taught her profound love through loss, and the third -unexpected, tender and with an age-gap-off ered understanding and freedom. This is not the scandalous tale shaped by headlines, but the intimate portrait of a woman who refused to live a life of quiet denial. Natalie’s journey asks timeless questions about love, truth, and the cost of choosing authenticity. Ultimately, it is a story of awakening -the moment she stopped pretending and chose to live fully, bravely, and unapologetically.
