About the Book

Sheila Laureta, poet, singer, entertainer — was born and raised in England. She continues on her spiritual journey till the winter of her life. Knowing she is living on borrowed time — she bares her soul to the world, removing al her masks. Her dream is to make a difference for the future of our youth and all royalties will go to the Soka University of America. It is is a private, nonprofit Liberal Arts University in Aliso Viejo, California, founded in 2001 by Daisaku Ikeda to foster global citizens dedicated to peace and the happiness of humanity. At the heart of a Soka education are wisdom, courage and compassion: the wisdom to recognize the interconnectedness of all life, the courage to embrace and learn from our differences, and the compassion to extend our concern beyond ourselves to people throughout the world. Soka seeks to develop individuals wo will use their talents to create value and contribute to a more peaceful and humane world.
