Matt and Annie is a collection of short stories, all set in Ireland. The stories run the gamut from humor to murder to horseracing to romance to folklore and much more. Many have unique and unexpected twists and the stories take place in various locales within the country.

About the Author

Jim Skelly was born in New York City and moved to Arizona with his wife Joanie, and two sons 40 years ago. He spent 20 years as an elected member of the Arizona House of Representatives. Among the many laws he sponsered was the one that requires long mandatory sentences for convicted child molesters and others who prey on innocent children. He and his wife retired and vactaion regularly in Ireland. The first story Jim wrote was "Jimmy Killian's Pen" just for my "own amusement," he says, "about three years ago". After that, he didn't write for over a year and then compiled the rest of the stories contained in this book.
