About the Author

Jim Skelly was born in New York City and moved to Arizona with his wife, Joanie, and two sons over forty years ago. He spent twenty years as an elected member of the Arizona House of Representatives. Among the many laws he sponsored was the one that requires long mandatory sentences for convicted child molesters and others who prey on innocent children.
