About the Author

Children are amazing people to me. They inspire and absolutely captivate me when learning something for the first time. Their process is so simple and yet incredibly real. They help us remember who we were and how great life can be. Tutoring children in English and Greek, in both reading and writing for the past ten years has fulfilled by life in ways I never imagined. My son, who is my gift in life truly made me realize how passionate I was about writing. Choosing to write children’s books was an idea, long overdue. If one could say, “they think in rhyme”, I most certainly do. Throughout my life in school, my teachers always encouraged me to write. In high school and college I was awarded several certificates of merit in both creative and poetic writing. My late brother, friend and mentor played a huge role in my life. Being also a creative writer himself, he always managed to make time for me and in turn nurtured my potential. I will always be eternally grateful for that, Peter. Born and raised in New York City. Graduated from The City College of New York with a bachelor’s degree in Criminology and English. Currently resides in the state of New Jersey with her husband and son.
