About the Book

About the Author

Tan Kheng Yeang studied civil engineering at the University of Hong Kong and returned to Malaya following World War II to become an engineer in the City Council of Georgetown, Penang. Now retired, he is the author of twelve books that reflect the broad range of his interests and talents.
