About the Book
The Centerpiece of Love is a collection of thoughts that intrigues the heart, mind and soul with love. The intent is to show how love can make the world go round and it will show how love can flow from the heart, mind and soul—just an example of what can happen when real love is in the mix—ending with the poem titled, “I Never Stopped Loving You.”
About the Author
Pete Frierson is a paralegal for a nonprofit organization in Columbia, Tennessee. He is a civil rights leader and recently (2014) was awarded the Outstanding Civil Rights Advocate Award by the Columbia State Community College and Making a Difference Award by the South Central Abuse Coalition. Pete is retired from the navy and enjoys traveling, camping, riding motorcycles and helping people. He is also a member of Cambridge “Who’s Who,” past president of the Boys and Girls Club of America and lifetime member of the Disable Veterans, Fleet Reserve Association, Camping World and the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People. He is a graduate of Columbia State Community College where he graduated cum laude with an AA in marketing.
