About the Book

Two rural Michigan farms, so near but so far apart in background but two young people were destined to meet. The families were poor but so rich in everything important. And they had such wonderful fun together. Memories of love, laughter and sorrow bonded them together forever. From those two farms, emerged one future, one life. One little girl had a wonderful family, grandparents parents, and many cousins. And her life was very full and very right with the blessings and love from a large special family.

About the Author

The way of life my parents knew, yes and my life too is very different from our lives today. I was born and raised in Muskegon, Michigan and moved to upstate New York where my five children were born.Ê To remember some special people, I wrote the book, Times Past so my children would know these special people I love dearly. It is a story of childhoods, my parents, and mine.Ê Though I was an only child, I was not lonely because of the special family I was blessed with.
