This selection of drawings of classical, romantic, and a few modern composers represents part of a larger collection of drawings made as cover illustrations for KMFA-FM, a listener-supported radio station in Austin, Texas.

About the Author

C. R. Bryan is an artist from the central Texas area. He was born in Dallas, Texas, and has lived also in west Texas. C. R. Bryan has written novels, plays, short stories, and poems and paints, draws, sculpts, and makes original prints in etching, lithography, and relief media. He is a musician, playing saxophone, and has composed several works. C. R. Bryan has also taught art in community schools and in Austin Community College.
